For a website or to save time: the initial review, €300 to €500 excl. VAT. To take over an existing tool: the takeover audit, from €800 excl. VAT. You leave with a written summary and a price.
A fixed-price quote, step by step.
Each step has its own scope, price and timeline. What is not included is written down too. For an existing tool, never a full rebuild in one go: we stabilise first, then improve.
A deposit, then the work.
A deposit of 40 to 50% on order. Nothing starts before that. Invoices are payable within 30 days at most.
Delivery and handover.
I show you how everything works. You get the documentation, and you keep ownership of your tool and your data.
Monthly follow-up, if you want it.
The Sérénité subscription for a website and your automated tasks, €250 excl. VAT a month. Maintenance of a tool taken over, from €300 excl. VAT a month depending on how critical it is. Without a subscription, you can still write to me.

By default, I use the tools that give the best results, some of them hosted outside Europe. If your data must stay in Europe, I work with European tools. The quote says what goes where.
